Cancellation of Services
Estimates may be cancelled, and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order within 72 hours of placing their reservation (less the 10% merchant processing fee). If placing your reservation within 10 business days of your first available pickup date, the deposit is non-refundable for scheduling and routing purposes. If a Bill of Lading has been signed, deposits are fully refundable only if the customer cancels the move in writing during the 3-day window immediately after Bill of Lading is signed subject to 49 CFR § 375.505(h). An estimate/order may not be canceled, and deposits are not refundable outside the three-day window, or after the mover has begun the physical moving services, including but not limited to packing, loading, storage, transportation to and from the pick-up or delivery address, etc. Non-refundable deposits may be utilized towards a future reservation within a 12-month period from the date of the original reservation.
