My agent was with me throughout the move and got me with customer service if I ever had a question about my pick-up or delivery. They got the quote right on point where I wasn't charged any extra fees, like I was when I went through other companies in the past. They were very thorough when they did the estimate. I was so impressed with the service I got. Every question I had was answered promptly even when it was a little early in the morning or later in the evening. All my items were taken care of and no damage at all to anything going 2500 miles. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

In general, a dependable firm. They are honest folks that are pleasant and easygoing. I wasn't completely packed when I signed up with them. I finished over the weekend, and we had a lot more boxes than we expected. I was given a fee based on 15 boxes, but we ended up with roughly 33 after emptying our cabinets and drawers. We communicated with Marc a few days before our move-out date and he included the balance of the boxes to our estimate. My pricing went higher because I had more products, but it was still based on the original price per cube, and I had no qualms about that. The rest of the move went smoothly, and the movers arrived at our new home in just six days. We expected it to take ten minutes. I would recommend it to others!

Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. They took care of absolutely everything I asked, nothing damaged. Done quickly and beyond reasonable pricing. Honestly the best moving company I’ve ever worked with.
